CLOSED May 23, 2019: Voice of the Customer research study

Voice of the Customer research study to understand consumer retail expectations of omni-channel retailers. The project requirements are that the selected vendor will gather statistically relevant sample sized consumer research data, analyze research findings, and report on research findings outlining common consumer expectations.

  1. Proven experience with retail consumer expectation Voice of the Customer (VoC) research;
  2. Proven UX experience – deep digital experience + research;
    a. how you have taken the research and made an impact on digital platform.
  3. Must be available to present findings and report in person.
